I grew up on a small quarter horse ranch in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a full-fledged cowboy Daddy. Much of my childhood was spent sketchbook in hand, in the front seat of a '54 chevy pickup truck at the closest calf roping.
Through the windshield of that old truck, I developed a love for the lay of the land, art, and animals. My first art instructor's payment was Nocona cowboy boots, in trade from Dick Bardons, our family-owned sporting goods store.
I remember that child and the discipline of my formal art education. My goal as a professional artist is that my art will bring enjoyment to the viewer and hold its value.
I invite you to sign up to receive updates to my , My Daily Painting Blog as an email that will include a new image each time that will bring a smile. Please contact me to Purchase Available Art Originals or Prints |
